Population Health Innovations, Inc. appoints a new CEO to lead the organization’s expansion
Lancaster, PA, December 3, 2019 – Population Health Innovations, Inc. (PHII) announced today the appointment of James F. (Jamie) Richter as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company’s Board of Directors, effective November 11, 2019. Jamie has spent his entire 25+ year career in the health care industry and has a proven track record of achieving results by focusing on the needs of the customer and the market, while driving financial and organizational accountability. He spent the last five years on the Executive Team at ReMed, a leading provider of post-acute brain injury rehabilitation services, overseeing the revenue side of that business during a period of sustained annual growth. Previously, Jamie has served in a variety of senior executive roles with high-growth health care companies, ranging from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, in sectors including remote health monitoring, chronic care disease management, managed care, and value-based care.

In this position, Andrea will continue to ensure that the design of PHII software platforms and the implementation of future programming, are geared toward end users’ perspectives and meet their needs for supporting the care they provide to students. Richter added, “Having recently upgraded its primary Health eTools platform, PHII is poised for exciting growth, both in terms of school installations, and with regard to additional services being layered onto the EHR platform, to help School Nurses manage the K-12 populations they serve. These nurses are wonderful and caring people who also happen to be extremely busy, so we aim to be a great partner by providing them with high quality, user-friendly tools to improve population health and wellness.”
A resident of Saint Davids, PA, Mr. Richter earned an M.B.A. with a major in Health Care Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Psychology with Honors from Brown University.
